Group Exercise
Our group exercise classes offer an excellent way to add variety to your established workout while learning something new. If you are starting an exercise routine or simply starting again, group exercise is a wonderful starting point. Working out with a friend adds support and encouragement as you attempt to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Our instructors are developed out of a genuine love for health and fitness. We believe in offering FSC students the opportunity to instruct classes in a learning environment. While we are also proud to have local professionals on staff, students will always have an important role to play in the success of our group exercise program. We believe in having a wide variety of classes offered to the college community. The schedule usually includes water aerobics, yoga, body sculpt, boot camp, cardio kickboxing and core training classes.
All classes are held in the Dance Studio of the Recreation Center, with the exception of water aerobics, which will be held in the pool of the Recreation Center. In order to reserve a spot in one our classes, please contact the front desk of the Rec Center @ 978.665.3683 the day of the class.
Classes are free for FSC students. For non-students, we offer group exercise punch cards for sale @ 5 punches for $25 or 15 punches for $75. Your card will be punched once when you attend a class.
